Customer Service Specialist
I am proud to be part of the FBR Wealth Advisors team, where I support clients and Financial Advisor Brigitte Romanelli by helping organize, monitor, and manage financial processes. My focus is on creating clarity, structure, and a seamless experience for clients at every stage of their financial journey.
I am Colombian by origin and Latina at heart. I deeply believe that finances are about much more than numbers— they are about people, stories, and dreams that deserve to be handled with care and intention.
I currently live in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where I have built my home alongside my husband and our two children, who are my greatest source of inspiration. Family, empathy, and service guide both my personal life and the way I approach my work.
After dedicating several years to my family, I returned to the professional world with a strong conviction: that supporting others in their financial path is a genuine way to build trust, confidence, and peace of mind. I approach my role with care, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to service.
I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and I am known for my warm, approachable nature and passion for continuous learning. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, watching films, nurturing my emotional and physical well-being, and staying connected to my community.

Actualmente vivo en Kalamazoo, Michigan, donde he construido mi hogar junto a mi esposo y nuestros dos hijos, quienes son mi mayor fuente de inspiración. La familia, la empatía y el servicio guían tanto mi vida personal como mi forma de trabajar.
Después de dedicar varios años a mi familia, regresé al ámbito profesional con la firme convicción de que acompañar a otros en su vida financiera es una manera genuina de generar tranquilidad, confianza y bienestar. Trabajo con dedicación, atención al detalle y un profundo compromiso con el servicio.
Soy bilingüe en español e inglés, y me caracterizo por ser cercana, accesible y apasionada por el aprendizaje continuo. Fuera del trabajo disfruto compartir tiempo de calidad con mi familia, leer, ver películas, cuidar mi bienestar emocional y físico, y conectar con mi comunidad.
